Main Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain IT projects, including backup and disaster recovery (DR) solutions, virtual machine (VM) environments, and general infrastructure setup.
- Provide user support for systems and collaborate with the team to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Work with cross team member and Leader/Project Manager in different scale of project implementation.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above holder in Information Systems, Computing Science or related disciplines.
- Strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working across multiple platforms and with diverse customers; open to on-the-job training.
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
- Hand-on experiences in two or more of the following areas is an advantage (but not essential):
o Netbackup / Commvault
o Networking (CCNA or above)
o Windows / Linux / VMWare vSphere
o Hardware break fix (Server area)
