Join a well-established, mid-sized Managed Services Provider with 250 employees supporting businesses across the region. The company is financially backed by a billion-dollar firm, providing the stability, resources, and long-term growth you’d expect — while still maintaining the agility of a technical services organization.

We’re looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to serve as a key technical resource on the team. This is the role where the buck stops on complex issues, working closely with the Service Delivery Manager to resolve escalations, improve client environments, and drive technical standards.

Time onsite — whether in the office or at client locations — is purpose-driven, focused on solving problems, supporting projects, and strengthening infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

• Own advanced escalations across Microsoft, server, networking, and cloud environments
• Lead infrastructure troubleshooting, upgrades, and environment improvements
• Partner closely with the Service Delivery Manager on technical execution
• Work directly with clients to improve and stabilize their environments
• Contribute to projects and help maintain strong operational standards

What We’re Looking For

• MSP industry experience is required
• Strong experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, virtualization, and networking
• Comfortable owning complex technical issues and client environments
• Someone interested in growing into leadership over time
