System Integration Engineer - Trading Systems

• Proficiency of Mandarin and English is required
• FIX connectivity: enhance FIX engine integration
• Master or bachelor degree

Job Responsibilities

• FIX connectivity: enhance FIX engine integration, implement/operate Dropcopy, streamline onboarding, monitoring, and recovery/replay.
• Trading gateway: design, implement, and maintain low-latency, high-throughput gateway/connectors.
• Prime Services: build/integrate client portal; connect to trading/SBL; enable statement delivery.
• Quote integration: connect to external quoting platforms (e.g., Goldhorse); ensure low-latency, high-availability data flows and monitoring.
• Blockchain/tokenization: design core components and APIs; ensure security, scalability, and compliance.
• Reliability/operations: implement monitoring/alerting and performance benchmarking; maintain CI/CD; provide Level 2 support.

Job Requirements

• Master or bachelor degree in Technology or related disciplines
• Proficient in Java, C++, or Go; multithreading and performance optimization skills.
• Experience with FIX protocol and institutional client connectivity.
• Familiarity with message middleware (e.g., Kafka) and relational/time-series DBs (e.g., MySQL, InfluxDB).
• Understanding of distributed systems/microservices; practical CI/CD experience.
• Proven end-to-end integrations with production ownership (L2).
• Experience building client-facing portals (TypeScript/React, REST/gRPC).
• Knowledge of market data/quote integration; exposure to SBL or Prime Services.
• Experience with blockchain platforms and security token standards.
• Familiarity with containers/orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Exceptional communication in Putonghua (Mandarin) and English.
• Strong cross-team coordination with HQ, business, compliance, infrastructure, clients, and counterparties.
• Quick learner of new systems, protocols, and business domains.
• Proficiency of Mandarin and English is required
