Job Description
- Daily administration, maintenance and support of the company’s PC and network:
- Assist in procurement, installation and logistics support, maintenance and asset management of computer hardware and software
- Assist in identification and evaluation of IT solutions
- Provide technical support and advice to end users on PC operations and mobile devices
Job Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines
- 3 years of relevant experience in computer support
- Well-versed with Windows platform, Microsoft Office and Mac OS
- Self-driven, proactive, good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in written / spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Travel to site offices to provide technical support is required
