We are seeking an experienced engineering leader to drive the design and delivery of advanced embedded software systems for home appliance. In this role, you will define software architecture, oversee system integration, and guide end-to-end product development-from concept through mass production. You'll collaborate across functions to build scalable, secure, and high-performance platforms for next-generation connected devices.
What You'll Do
- Define and lead system architecture: Design and oversee embedded software stacks, graphics frameworks, and system-level integration
- Drive hardware-software collaboration: Support processor selection, system optimization, and hardware interface design
- Ensure system security and reliability: Implement robust cybersecurity practices, connectivity protocols, and secure lifecycle management
- Oversee production readiness: Support product validation, factory provisioning, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead and develop teams: Recruit, coach, and empower engineering talent to achieve technical excellence
- Partner with stakeholders: Translate customer and product requirements into dependable, scalable software solutions
- Promote process efficiency: Lead Agile/Scrum adoption and ensure alignment with cross-functional development and quality standards
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or above in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
- 10+ years of experience in embedded systems or electronics software development
- 3+ years in a system architecture, technical leadership, or engineering management role
- Strong technical background in embedded platforms (Linux or RTOS), system design, and GUI technologies
- Solid understanding of connectivity, system security, and software lifecycle best practices
- Proven experience in product development, manufacturing integration, and cross-functional collaboration
- Familiarity with modern development practices such as Agile, DevOps, and quality standards (e.g., A-SPICE, ISO 26262)
