NetSuite Support Engineer / IT & Systems Engineer

Location: Norwich or London (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite)

Contract: Permanent

We are partnering with a global company to hire a NetSuite Support Engineer / IT & Systems Engineer, responsible for driving stability, improvements, and optimisation across their NetSuite landscape and wider digital systems.

This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role where you’ll work closely with Finance, Operations, Group IT, and third‑party vendors to enhance processes, deliver projects, and keep systems performing at their best.

You will act as the go‑to specialist for NetSuite across the business, providing 2nd‑line application support, managing enhancements, and leading project work across integrations, upgrades, and workflow improvements.

Providing day‑to‑day operational support for NetSuite and wider digital systems.

• Building and enhancing workflows, SuiteScript (1.0/2.Delivering improvements, integrations, UAT, and structured upgrades.
• Experience in project delivery, upgrades, and vendor management.
• Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite in a multi‑site or complex environment is highly desirable.
