About Linero

Linero is building the operational infrastructure that ensures the world's most sensitive technologies reach the right hands, and never the wrong ones.

Our customers include some of the most consequential companies in the world: leading AI labs, aerospace and defense primes, semiconductor giants, quantum computing pioneers, and companies pushing the frontier in chemicals, advanced manufacturing, and robotics.

We are an AI-native, venture-backed company creating a new category of software at the intersection of national security, industrial infrastructure, and enterprise AI.

The Role

Linero does not sit on top of enterprise workflows, it embeds inside them. That means deep, custom integrations across ERPs, HR systems, identity layers, engineering tools, document systems, and internal infrastructure at some of the largest and most complex organizations in the world.

As a Systems Integration Engineer, you will own one of the most technically complex and commercially critical functions in the company. You will build the integration framework that makes this work scalable, and lead technical execution across our growing customer base.

What You'll Own

  • Design and build a scalable integration framework that supports deep workflow embedding across diverse enterprise environments
  • Own end-to-end ETL pipelines, extracting data from complex enterprise sources, transforming it to meet Linero's data model requirements, and loading it reliably into the platform
  • Build and maintain connectors across a wide range of enterprise systems including ERPs, SaaS platforms, internal APIs, and proprietary tooling
  • Lead the technical execution of integrations with enterprise customers, from discovery and scoping through to deployment and handoff
  • Work closely with Forward Deployed Engineers to ensure integrations are executed consistently and efficiently across customer sites
  • Partner with the platform and backend teams to ensure the integration layer is robust, maintainable, and extensible
  • Establish integration standards, documentation, and playbooks that enable the team to scale without sacrificing quality
  • Be the internal expert on enterprise systems architecture; you know how large organizations are built and how to connect to them

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in enterprise integrations, solutions engineering, or backend engineering with a heavy integrations focus
  • Demonstrated ETL experience: extraction, transformation, and loading of data across heterogeneous enterprise systems at scale
  • Deep familiarity with enterprise systems: ERPs (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), SaaS platforms, and custom internal tooling
  • Experience building integration frameworks or connector architectures that scale across multiple customers and systems
  • Strong API design and development skills: REST, GraphQL, webhooks, EDI, or similar
  • Comfortable working directly with enterprise customers in a technical capacity — you can run a scoping call as confidently as you can write code
  • Experience managing complex, concurrent integration projects across multiple enterprise accounts is a strong plus
  • Based in or willing to relocate to New York City

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation commensurate with experience
  • Meaningful equity in a company at an early and critical stage of growth
  • Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision
  • The opportunity to build the integration layer of a platform embedded inside the most consequential enterprises in the world
  • Direct access to leadership and genuine influence over how Linero is built

Equal Opportunity & Eligibility

  • Linero is an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
  • This role requires access to export-controlled information. Applicants must be U.S. persons (citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, or asylees) as defined under applicable U.S. law.
  • Start date is immediate, with flexibility for the right candidate. If you are not based in New York, we can accommodate remote work for an initial period and offer relocation assistance on a case-by-case basis.
