Job Title: Systems Operations Engineer
Contract Length: 12+ Month contract
On site work
Location: Charlotte, NC/ Chandler, AZ/ Las Colinas, TX
Pay: 50-55 per hr on W2
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop multiple business functional areas with a focus on long-term strategies, policies, and process improvements
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development to ensure operational efficiency
- Lead execution of technology initiatives, ensuring solutions are properly designed, integrated, and controlled
- Interpret and develop policies and procedures impacting operations, quality, and organizational capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives and secure necessary resources
- Support change planning and delivery processes to ensure timely, high-quality execution
- Implement measurement, reporting, and portfolio management routines for visibility across change lifecycle
- Ensure adherence to cybersecurity and enterprise change management procedures
- Drive continuous improvement in operational excellence and risk mitigation
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Service Management experience or equivalent (work experience, training, military, or education)
- ServiceNow experience
- ITIL knowledge (Service Management principles)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- SharePoint experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Professional communication skills
- Strong presentation skills and ability to present
Preferred Qualifications
- Financial services industry experience
- Experience with large-scale operational transformation initiatives
- Experience designing and implementing ITIL methodologies and reporting analytics
- Understanding of Agile and product management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop independent viewpoints and lead problem solving
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Provide general office support, including:
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail (checks, stock certificates, tax forms)
- Scanning and document handling
- Manage travel and expense coordination:
- Book travel arrangements
- Process expense reports for team members
- Deliver administrative support to teams:
- Maintain calendars and schedules
- Answer and route phone calls
- Coordinate and support office events:
- Schedule and manage conference rooms
- Order catering and supplies
- Print and prepare materials
- Coordinate interview schedules
- Liaise with building services
- Greet and assist visitors
- Support client servicing efforts:
- Assist internal teams with operational tasks
- Maintain a strong focus on customer service and operational excellence
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional corporate environment
