Work you'll do:

As part of our Finance Transformation team, you will act as a trusted advisor to CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and key executives. You will work alongside a team that advises, implements, and delivers as-a-service solutions, helping clients develop strategies and capabilities to support enterprise-wide decision-making, improve finance operations, and create organizational impact. Through large-scale financial transformations, you will leverage cutting-edge technology and accelerate your career to the next level.

You will collaborate with C-Level Executives from Asian conglomerates, multinational corporations, and the public sector—combining finance expertise with program and change management skills to drive sustainable value. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and introduce innovative approaches.
  • Engaging in team problem-solving efforts and contributing ideas to tackle client challenges.
  • Conducting research, data analysis, and preparing reports.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and completion of work products.
  • Assessing and restructuring operating models, organizational structures, and business processes to optimize finance function service delivery.
  • Assisting in proposal development as needed.
  • Expanding your consulting skills and professional development through training, mentorship, and client interactions.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates or recent graduate between 0-3 years of work experience.
  • Strong academic performance in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Data Analytics preferred.
  • Team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork within or outside a work setting.
  • Exceptional problem-solving ability, logical reasoning, creative thinking, and the ability to untangle complex issues.
  • Fluent verbal and written English language skills.
