Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced

Talend Tech Lead

with strong expertise in

Talend Big Data Platform and modern data engineering technologies

. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing and implementing

large-scale data integration and big data solutions

, along with the ability to lead technical teams and guide architecture decisions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering / ETL development

• Strong hands-on experience with Talend Big Data Platform

• Experience with

big data technologies (Hadoop ecosystem, Spark, Hive, etc.)

• Strong knowledge of

SQL and relational databases

• Experience working with

data warehouses and large-scale data processing

• Familiarity with

cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus

• Strong

problem-solving and leadership skills

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of

data integration solutions using Talend Big Data Platform

.

• Build and optimize

ETL/ELT pipelines

for large-scale data processing.

• Work with

big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Hive, and distributed data platforms

.

• Design and implement

data pipelines for batch and real-time data processing

.

• Collaborate with architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

• Provide

technical leadership and mentoring

to the data engineering team.

• Ensure best practices in

data architecture, performance optimization, and data governance

.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex data integration and performance issues.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in

enterprise data platforms or large-scale data environments

• Knowledge of

data modeling and data warehousing concepts

• Experience with

data orchestration and scheduling tools

• Ability to work in

client-facing and cross-functional environments
