As the CDMX Talent and Development facilitator you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional learning experiences for Stripes in CDMX. This role requires extensive facilitation and program management expertise. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with experience across facilitation, content design, program implementation, effective stakeholder engagement, and operations.

Responsibilities

Facilitate select all-Stripe and manager development skill-building workshops as needed (virtual or in-person)

Contribute to CDMX-specific manager and leadership development sessions focused on difficult conversations, de-escalation, and leadership judgment, supporting both small and large group facilitation and quarterly refreshers

Serve as a key member of the local site team, supporting the site with the rollout of engagement programs and community-building activities
