Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and enhance the entire data and business analytics process throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • Collect and analyze data to understand client’s critical deal questions and challenges while developing practical solutions.
  • Conduct detailed analyses that support business and deal-related processes for our clients.
  • Prepare in-depth analyses of financial and operational metrics to guide clients in assessing acquisition decisions and financing needs.
  • Evaluate operational metrics, including cost and risk profiles associated with multi-site operations, products, customers, and vendor portfolios.
  • Identify and maximize revenue and growth opportunities by designing effective go-to-market strategies through advanced analytics.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and target companies to craft and deliver innovative solutions grounded in sophisticated data and analytics.
  • Manage client expectations regarding service delivery, track project progress, manage risks, and keep key stakeholders informed of developments and expected outcomes.
  • Deliver high-quality execution and service throughout all projects.
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to the analytics team.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or deals, ideally with data analytics skills or aptitude.
  • Proficient in MS Excel at an advanced level.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading project teams effectively.
  • Exceptional analytical, project management, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

The salary range for this position is $107,000 - $214,500, based on factors such as education, skills, experience, and location. Selected candidates may also be eligible for a discretionary performance-based bonus.
