Team Lead, Data & AI

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Engineering, Data & AI. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end delivery of fixed-price client engagements, ensuring outcomes are achieved on scope, on time, and within budget Lead pre-sales scoping and estimation for new client opportunities, translating requirements into commercially viable proposals Manage client relationships as the senior engineering point of contact, proactively communicating project status and risks Required Qualifications 7+ years in data engineering, ML/AI engineering, or a related technical discipline 3+ years in an engineering leadership or delivery management role within professional services or consulting Experience managing fixed-price or outcome-based client engagements Strong working knowledge of modern cloud data platforms and AI/ML engineering Proficiency in Python and SQL, with familiarity in data transformation and orchestration tools
