Job Title: Team Leader - Instrumentation & Control

Role Summary/Purpose
Owning the digital heartbeat of our plant, you will lead the charge in managing cutting‑edge automation services, from PLCs, Wonderware suite, and SAP integration to advanced AI, Smart factory roll‑outs and Cybersecurity/OT integrations. You will have the unique opportunity to drive system excellence and process safety, directly influencing the efficiency of our facility’s environments. By developing the technical capabilities of your team and managing critical calibration master plans, you ensure our facility remains a leader in precision and innovation. Joining this team means steering our digital transformation and preparing for a future as an Area Leader in our Making, Utilities, or Finishing departments.
Responsibilities Maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade plant floor automation hardware and software, including PLCs, Wonderware suite, and SAP integration. Manage the facility’s calibration master plan to ensure all critical measuring equipment is accurate, documented on schedule, and aligned with QA system tolerances. Program batch recipes and seamlessly integrate new products, equipment, and AI platforms into current system architectures. Direct and train Shift Operation technicians and operators on complex troubleshooting, process safety, and instrumentation best practices. Coordinate with the Global PFS Team to manage Cybersecurity, OT security, and GSC systems, ensuring plant‑wide digital integrity. Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Instrumentation, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience specifically within instrumentation and electrical systems. Technical Expertise: Proven mastery in System Platform, Archestra, and PLC programming/design. Software Proficiency: Direct experience with MES, Mii, SAP integration, and recipe management software like Inbatch. Preferred Qualifications Strong background in plant electrical hazard management and CPG‑relevant automation environments. Ability to quickly diagnose complex technical issues and implement effective risk‑mitigation strategies. Demonstrated ability to work across departments while embodying "LIFT" principles such as cultivating trust and taking ownership. Interest or experience in Smart Factory initiatives, Digital Analytics, and AI Hub environments. Our Commitment to Inclusion
