Role: Technical Account Manager (China)

We are partnering with a leading AI-driven technology company to hire a Technical Account Manager supporting strategic enterprise clients in China.
In this role, you will act as a trusted technical advisor to engineering, product, and R&D teams, helping them unlock value from advanced AI solutions and scale API integrations. You will play a key role in driving adoption, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring successful delivery across high-impact engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for strategic enterprise accounts
- Build strong relationships with engineering, product, and platform teams
- Identify and drive API adoption, integration opportunities, and usage growth
- Lead business and performance reviews with senior stakeholders
- Provide product updates, insights, and technical guidance to clients
- Support onboarding, integration, and issue resolution with internal teams
- Monitor usage trends and proactively identify risks and optimization opportunities
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Account Management / Solutions Engineering / Customer Engineering
- Experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts
- Strong understanding of APIs (REST/gRPC), cloud platforms, and developer ecosystems
- Ability to communicate AI/ML concepts to both technical and business audiences
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Experience with high-scale API platforms
- Exposure to AI/ML products or data platforms
- Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
