Technical Executive (Building) - Lift Engineering

What You Will Be Working On

You will be involved in Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) inspections on lifts installations and systems in upgrading and new development projects to ensure compliance with specifications, authorities’ requirements, regulations and relevant codes. Your responsibilities could include processing of technical submissions and conducting surveys as well as feasibility studies on site. You will also provide technical support and advice to internal departments and carry out technical studies tapping on lift technical knowledge, big data and new IoT technologies.

What We Are Looking For

You should be meticulous and independent, keen to learn, have initiative and possess leadership qualities.

You should possess a good background in Electrical or Mechanical or Lift engineering. Relevant experience in lift engineering, facility management or M&E engineering is preferred.
