The Role

You’ll sit between engineering, customers, and the product roadmap, turning complex technical problems into clear, testable product outcomes.

This role blends product, technical analysis, and hands-on validation. It’s suited to someone who enjoys understanding how software behaves, thinking through edge cases, and improving how products are built.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Turning real-world engineering problems into clear product requirements
  • Writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications
  • Working closely with engineers to clarify requirements and validate delivery
  • Building and executing manual test cases for new functionality
  • Identifying edge cases and issues before release
  • Reviewing documentation, examples, and release notes
  • Researching developer tools and competitors
  • Supporting technical discussions with customers and internal teams
  • Maintaining a high-quality product backlog

What You’ll Bring

  • A Computer Science degree or similar technical background
  • Previous experience as a Software Engineer
  • At least 12 months’ experience in a product, technical analysis, or delivery-focused role
  • Strong understanding of web technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular or similar)
  • Experience writing requirements or technical documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and testing mindset
  • Confidence working with highly technical engineers

Why This Role A genuine pathway into product without stepping away from engineering thinking.

You’ll work on a respected, developer-focused product alongside a highly technical team, with real exposure to complex problems and customer use cases at scale.

Flat structure, quick decisions, and a focus on quality over process.
