Broetje Automation is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to support the development of proposals and technical solutions for advanced automation systems used by leading aerospace manufacturers.

This role combines engineering expertise with customer engagement, working closely with internal teams and clients to define solutions, develop scope and pricing, and support the full sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop technical and commercial proposals for automation systems

• Collaborate with customers and internal engineering teams to define solutions

• Translate technical requirements into clear, structured proposals

• Support the sales lifecycle from initial concept through project award

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical experience

• 5+ years in a technical, customer-facing, or sales engineering role

• Experience in automation, manufacturing, aerospace, or similar industries preferred
