Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed product inspection and troubleshooting to determine root cause of failure.
- Execute repair, rework, and functional testing of returned products.
- Ensure all work adheres to internal quality standards and safety procedures.
- Document findings with supporting data (test results, photos, failure analysis).
- Escalate complex or unresolved technical issues to engineering or HQ teams.
- Communicate findings, repair status, and recommendations in a professional manner.
- Conduct on-site troubleshooting, inspection, and basic servicing at customer premises.
- Support installation checks, basic commissioning, and operational verification.
- Manage issuance and return of loan units (motors, drivers, demo kits).
- Perform pre-and post-loan inspection and functional checks.
- Assemble demo units including motor wiring, setup, and basic programming.
- Support customized demo preparation based on application requirements.
Requirements:
- ITE/ Diploma in Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation or related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience with strong hands-on skills.
- Experience in electric motors, motion control, or industrial automation is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of motor systems, wiring, and control (AC/DC, Stepper, servo etc.).
- Hands-on troubleshooting and repair capability.
- Basic programming or parameter setting.
- Ability to use measurement tools like multimeter.
