Job Title: Technical Solution Director – Data Analytics Modernization

Summary:
We are seeking a senior technical leader to drive AI-enabled data modernization initiatives. This role partners with clients and sales teams to architect cloud-based data platforms, integrate advanced analytics and AI (including agentic AI), and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead executive discovery sessions, workshops, and C-suite presentations
- Design enterprise data modernization solutions using platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, and Microsoft Fabric
- Drive AI/ML integration, including generative AI and agentic AI workflows
- Develop POCs, demos, and business cases with ROI and TCO analysis
- Support RFP/RFI responses and shape winning solution strategies
- Provide thought leadership on data, analytics, and AI trends
- Collaborate with delivery teams for seamless execution
Requirements:
- 10–15 years in solution architecture, presales, or data/AI consulting
- Strong expertise in cloud data platforms, analytics, and AI/ML ecosystems
- Experience with enterprise data modernization and industry exposure (retail, payments, or P&C insurance)
- Knowledge of generative AI, LLMs, and agentic AI frameworks
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
