As the DWBI Functional Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering data-driven solutions that empower business decision-making. This position offers the opportunity to lead end-to-end DWBI initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, and drive innovation in data architecture and analytics. Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for DWBI systems.
• Review current business and system processes; identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct data pipeline analysis, requirements workshops, design sessions, and prototypes with business users.
• Oversee DWBI system design, integration planning, and impact analysis.
• Manage implementation activities including detailed design, solution walkthroughs, system build, testing, and rollout.
• Deliver key project artifacts such as requirement specifications, functional and technical designs, prototypes, integration plans, training materials, and support documentation.
• Lead and supervise functional consultants and developers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in DWBI.
• At least 2 successful DWBI implementation projects using Microsoft data warehouse products.
• Proven experience in data model/cube design and implementation within the past 3 years (including at least one project in Hong Kong).
• Microsoft certifications are an advantage.
• Self-motivated with strong communication skills in both Chinese and English.
