A company is looking for a Temp Senior Workday Analyst who will support, enhance, and optimize the Workday HCM landscape.
Key Responsibilities :
Maintain and troubleshoot Workday integrations and support the design and deployment of new integrations
Lead the configuration and optimization of Core HCM foundation elements and manage support tickets for system issues
Act as the primary administrator for the Workday Absence module and ensure compliance with internal policies and legislation
Required Qualifications :
3-5 years of hands-on experience in Workday HCM, specifically in system configuration and functional administration
Minimum 3 years of experience administering the Workday Absence module
Expertise in Workday integrations, reporting, dashboards, and business process configuration
Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
Experience with ticketing systems to manage and resolve escalations
