Position Summary

The Corporate Treasury team at Crow Holdings is seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Financial Analyst that works within the Treasury group to support the onboarding and implementation of a Treasury Management System (TMS). This role is responsible for handling highly sensitive data, ensuring accuracy across systems, and supporting data validation and analytics efforts critical to the success of the project. This role is based in Dallas, TX.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Perform high-volume data entry, validation, and reconciliation with a strong emphasis on accuracy
  • Manage data uploads and downloads between multiple systems, ensuring proper formatting and integrity
  • Conduct detailed data comparisons and reviews to identify discrepancies and ensure consistency
  • Manage confidential banking data with strict adherence to privacy and security standards

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, XMATCH, Pivot Tables, and related functions
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Proven ability to extract data in various formats, convert formats as required for analytics
  • Proficiency in data analytics including the ability to garner insights from the data
  • Experience supporting data migration, system implementations, or financial systems
  • Displays versatility and resourcefulness in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities
  • This role is expected to be 90-120 days
