Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Cyara Test Automation Lead with expertise in Cyara Pulse and Velocity to design implement and manage automated performance and regression testing for the NICE CCaaS platform
- The ideal candidate will lead NICE automation performance and regression strategy and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Cyara Velocity and Pulse automation framework for NICE CCaaS platform
- Collaborate with developers architects QA and business teams to identify Business Scenarios for performance and regression testing
- Develop test and maintain performance and regression test scripts
- Prepare test plans execution reports and defect analysis for the program
- Integrate Cyara automation into CICD pipelines Azure DevOps preferred
- Analyze test results identify bottlenecks and provide performance optimization recommendations
- Work with developer and infrastructure teams get the performance issues and bottlenecks fixed
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior QA team members
- Participate in Agile ceremonies daily standups sprint planning retrospectives
- Generate test metrics and quality reports for stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to QA best practices standards and compliance requirements
Required Skills Experience
- Handson experience with Cyara Velocity and Pulse for automation and performance testing
- Good understanding of performance testing methodologies load stress scalability volume testing
- Strong experience in testing CCaaS platforms preferably NICE CXone
- Strong understanding of NICE CXone CCaaS platform architecture and integrations
- Proficiency in test planning design execution and reporting
- Solid understanding of AgileScrum methodologies
- Experience with Azure DevOps for test management and reporting
- Experience integrating automation into CICD pipelines using ADO
- Experience in the CanadianUS health insurance domain is preferred

- Knowledge of SIP RTP protocols and telephony systems
- Familiarity with monitoring tools for voice quality and systems performance
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like Microsoft Dynamics 365 D365
