YOU WILL
- Operate our autonomous tractor to test new features on the field
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes and tooling
- Report abnormal behavior and work with engineers to analyze logs and system data
- Debug and help root cause issues
YOU HAVE
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Eagerness to learn and comfort with ambiguity
- Hands-on attitude and ability to work independently
WE PREFER
- Technical background (CS, Engineering, or related)
- Experience with Linux, CLI, or software testing
- Exposure to autonomous vehicles, robotics, or embedded systems
