Job Title: Trade Management Analyst

What this job is about
You’ll help make sure trades (buying/selling investments) go through correctly and on time. You’ll work with traders, systems, and outside partners to fix issues, track payments, and keep everything running smoothly.
What you’ll do
- Help traders and portfolio managers with their day-to-day work
- Make sure trades and payments are confirmed and processed correctly
- Check different systems daily to make sure numbers match
- Work with traders and brokers to fix any problems with trades
- Solve issues when trades don’t line up or something looks off
- Look for ways to improve processes and make things more efficient
- Help with small projects, especially ones involving tech systems
- Build relationships with brokers, banks, and other partners
- Track and report things like trade volumes, risks, and processing rates
- Suggest improvements to make the team work better
- Keep documentation and reports up to date
