We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Trade Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for driving brand awareness and desirability through B2B and will contribute to the management of all trading events across the Nordics. The Trade Marketing Specialist must have a solid understanding of the current retail environment, a customer service mindset, and a strong understanding of shopper behaviours and merchandising trends. 

The position is based in our Oslo office (3 days a week). 

Here are some of the things you'll get to do: 

Evolving the trade marketing asset toolkit. 

Creation and proposing of new, innovative promotional and product display ideas from briefing through to execution. 

Ensuring all content is clear, consistent and on brand across consumer touchpoints. 

Providing merchandising guidance. 

Activate & be part of various demand generation marketing projects depending on plans decisions. 

Planning of regular meetings with the Sales team and retailer partners across Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland. 

Management of all trade events and conferences, in the lead up to and during, including key Nordics industry events. 

Here are some of the things you'll bring: 

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field

2+ years of experience in trade marketing, brand marketing, or a related commercial role — agency or brand side both considered

Experience working with agencies, suppliers, or external partners to deliver marketing assets or activations

Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders

Data analysis skills and strong attention to detail

Fluent in Norwegian and English
