- It is an opportunity for a Trade Operations Analyst (Mutual Funds) to join the team
The Job
- Support Product/Business teams on new fund launch or on-boarding request
- Handle trade order placement, settlement and corporate actions for Mutual Funds
- Investigate and follow up on failed trades/settlement, positions and cash breaks
- Perform regulatory reporting to Fund Managers whenever applicable
- Participate in ad-hoc projects, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression testing, and Live Verification (LVs), ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks. Occasional weekend support may be required.
- Maintain updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Review processes and identify areas of improvements
- Escalate operational risk incidents in a timely manner
The Talent
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree with minimum 2-3 years of working experience and good product knowledge in Funds
- Prior work experience in Fund Operations processes and process improvement
- Possess maturity in judgment and strong focus on critical thinking, effective facilitation and influencing
- Have strong risk and control sense
- Team player with pro-active and "can do" attitude
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Highly Proficient in MS Office Suites
