Job Title: Trade Processing Analyst#1001319
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
Duration: 4 months contract (with possibility of extension/conversion)
Key Responsibilities
Customer
- Execute transactions accurately, on time, and in line with established guidelines/procedures while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Refer or escalate processing or operational issues as needed, connecting with appropriate partners to ensure resolution
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery
- Support partners with incoming transactions and validate information to perform adjustments within authority levels
- Interact with partners by responding to requests in an effective and timely manner
Shareholder
- Prioritize and manage workload to meet SLA requirements for service and productivity
- Understand internal and industry regulations, apply due diligence, and follow operating policies/procedures
- Exercise discretion in managing correspondence and confidential information; escalate issues where appropriate
- Support timely and accurate completion of business processes
- Review internal processes and suggest improvements
- Investigate and escalate non-standard or high-risk activities
- Adhere to enterprise frameworks (e.g., Anti-Money Laundering, Business Continuity Management)
- Comply with Bank Code of Conduct

- Understanding of MM and FX products (e.g., options, foreign exchange spots and forwards, money market deposits and loans)
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Ability to learn and apply new software programs
- Knowledge of Global and WSS platforms is an asset
Must-Have Requirements

- Strong organizational skills (operational work)
- Strong communication skills (working with multiple stakeholders including client’s managers)
- Technical skills: MS Office Suite (SharePoint, Excel for tracking and reporting)
- Administrative background with professionalism (ideally 2–4 years)
- SLA knowledge and experience
Nice to Have
- Previous banking experience, preferably in a similar role
Education & Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in a trade processing or related operational role
- Experience with cash products (loans, deposits, swaps, forwards) preferred
