Trade Support Analyst - Global Hedge Fund - $150k+ TC - WFH Flex

Our client, a leading global multi-strategy hedge fund, is looking to expand its New York-based operations function with a newly created hire.

As part of continued growth across multiple investment strategies, the firm is hiring a trade operations associate to support a broad range of asset classes and trading desks. The role will face-off directly with PMs and traders, covering responsibilities including trade capture, allocations, lifecycle management, reconciliations, and P&L / break investigation, alongside a strong emphasis on process optimization and risk mitigation as the platform continues to scale.

Candidates should ideally have 2-5yrs experience in middle office or trade support, with exposure across asset classes such as equities, fixed income, derivatives, and FX.

The role offers a year one TC of roughly $150k TC (with upside potential).
