Your Contribution to Our Growth

We are seeking a well-rounded individual to join our global trading team in our Dubai office. The trading operations team provides global 24/7 coverage for our clients and is responsible for delivering timely and accurate service across our traded products.

As a Trading Operations Analyst, you will gain an in-depth understanding of how a modern financial services firm operates. This role combines structured operational work with real-time trading support, requiring both precision and the ability to think quickly. A core part of the role is owning high-impact workflows like settlements and fund movements, where precision, consistency, and attention to detail are critical. You’ll also be expected to understand the “why” behind processes, applying sound judgment and raising questions when something doesn’t align.

This is a balanced role with exposure to both client-facing support and behind-the-scenes operations, working closely with global teams across regions in a fast-paced environment where processes evolve quickly.

This role operates within a global coverage model. As part of a predefined schedule, you may be required to work weekends and public holidays, with days off provided in lieu. Schedules will be shared in advance, and any changes will be clearly communicated.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Dubai office, with a hybrid working model.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute daily settlements, ensuring trades are completed accurately across fiat and digital assets.
  • Manage fund movements between bank accounts, internal systems, and custodian wallets.
  • Process deposits, withdrawals, refunds, and other transaction-related activities.
  • Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate records of all transactions and balances.
  • Monitor transactions and identify discrepancies or issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Take ownership of operational workflows and flag issues proactively when something doesn’t align.
  • Respond to client queries in a timely and professional manner in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
  • Manage and record client requests through internal ticketing systems, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Ensure client-facing activities are routed quickly and efficiently, and escalated when necessary.
  • Troubleshoot issues, provide product information, and guide clients through common problems and setup.
  • Work closely with internal partners and teams across regions to ensure smooth end-to-end execution.
  • Ensure all operational documentation is accurate and kept up to date.
  • Support the preparation of internal and client-facing reports and presentations.
  • Contribute to process improvements and support ad-hoc operational and project-based tasks.

  • Bachelor’s degree (ideally in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, etc.).
  • Analytical skills and the ability to think through problems.
  • Positive attitude with high aptitude to learn new things.
  • Team player with capacity to work in an unstructured work environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, SQL, VBA, etc.
  • Basic programming experience and interested in developing these skills.
