Role description:

The Client Services team has various areas of responsibilities; handling technical client queries on an ad hoc basis, advising internal stakeholders & clients, setting up a wide range of complex trading setups and monitoring our internal & external tech infrastructure. This position is both technical and business focused and gives the candidate a great opportunity to learn and experience the full lifecycle of advanced global financial trading. The successful candidate will undergo a structured training program.

Responsibilities:

• Advise & configure technical trading solutions for institutional & HNW clients

• Investigate & troubleshoot general and/or technical trading-related queries

• Manage and monitor external & internal tech infrastructure & liquidity lines (APAC-hours shift based rotation)

• Risk management (Sweeping FX exposure & matching trades at End-Of-Day)

• Communicate extensively with internal stakeholders such as liquidity, sales and IT

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in an FX/OTC product trading support or similar role.

• Strong technical & analytical skills

• Proactive, self-motivated, quick learner

• Ability to prioritise issues and workload

• Ability to work both independently and as a team player.

• Ability to work in a structured way with clients and the business unit

• Clear communicator, both written and verbal

• Client focused

• Experience in FIX protocol, Onezero, PrimeXM and/or MT4/MT5 is highly advantageous

• General understanding of networking, Windows servers and application life cycle is a plus
