Main Responsibilities:

Business & Credit Analysis

  • Bizcom documentation (financial analysis, business memo..)
  • Perform fundamental credit analysis in order to propose a credit rating and support the exposure request
  • Perform credit due diligence
  • Prepare credit review for presentation to the credit committee co-chaired by CEO and head of risk
  • Monitor credit counterparty set up/ review of a diversified portfolio
  • Ensure the limits approved are properly follow (covenant)
  • Communicate with credit risk department to better anticipate risk issues
  • Credit counterparty review monitoring

Client On-boarding

  • Centralized production of vetting tasks done at the front office level (bankers, relationship manager, and senior banker), reverse on-boarding with clients and management of the overall on-boarding process throughout the platform;
  • Fill in information in our internal system
  • Retrieve documentation (website or from the client)
  • Follow list sent by coordination team
  • Send documents to local operation team for storage
  • Report weekly status to coordination team.

Required Skills:

  • English are mandatory, Mandarin is a plus
  • Well structured, organized and systematic
  • Solid analytical skills (auditor background is preferred)
  • Elevated grammatical and excellent written communication skills: ability to draft memos
  • Ability to cope with time pressure and work to deadlines
  • Good communication (to discuss with client and Front Office)
  • Good understanding of banking activities
  • Ability to be a good team player
  • Good knowledge and ability on Microsoft Office
  • Credit analysis knowledge (corporate skills): ROE, RWA, financial statement
