Transaction Monitoring Lead

Our compliance function plays a hands-on role in safeguarding the bank against money laundering, terrorist financing, and emerging financial crime risks across traditional and digital channels. We work closely with regulators, partners, and internal teams to ensure our monitoring frameworks are effective, risk-based, and continuously evolving alongside the business.

We are seeking a Transaction Monitoring Lead to take ownership of day-to-day monitoring activities, lead investigations, and contribute to the ongoing development of a robust AML/CFT framework within a fast-growing digital banking environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Lead investigations, monitor and analyze transactions for potential AML/CFT risks.

• Participate in development and management of the compliance policies and procedures.

• Utilize advanced monitoring systems to detect and prevent risky activities.

• Submit a report to the FMS.

• Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance our compliance framework.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Proven AML experience in a banking environment, minimum 3 years.

• Proficiency in English, minimum B2 level.

• Experience in cryptocurrencies (preferred).

• Strong analytical and investigative skills.

• Experience with monitoring tools and systems.
