We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Treasury Management Sales Portfolio Manager to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your consultative sales approach and relationship management skills to generate leads and successfully close sales of our innovative treasury management and payment solutions. Your goal is to serve both new and existing clients, while ensuring robust regulatory compliance and an exceptional client experience.

  • Manage an existing portfolio of Canadian clients with U.S. Treasury and Payment Solutions (TPS) needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to deliver tailored TPS solutions that support cross-border operations and foster growth.
  • Lead sales activities, including impactful presentations, competitive bids, and comprehensive responses to requests for information.
  • Address client inquiries regarding product offerings, pricing, and implementation promptly and clearly.
  • Engage clients in meaningful discussions, introducing innovative products and services while providing insights on industry trends.
  • Oversee the Client Management Process (CMP) to identify client needs, cultivate relationships, and drive effective acquisition strategies.
  • Analyze trends in overdrawn accounts to mitigate compliance risks and implement necessary escalation procedures.
  • Coordinate client implementation activities, ensuring alignment with timelines and desired outcomes.
  • Offer strategic guidance on treasury management solutions to help clients optimize cash flow and manage liquidity effectively.
  • Utilize data analysis to inform customized client solution strategies, focusing on working capital management.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to define the solutions that best suit client needs.
  • Promote advocacy and the adoption of our industry-leading NA TPS digital products and solutions.
  • Assist in implementation activities, including documentation, pricing, and project timelines, to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Uphold adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls while mitigating risk and maintaining service standards.
  • Exercise critical judgment to diagnose and solve complex problems within established guidelines.
  • Handle a range of complex tasks independently while being prepared to take on broader responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 4 - 6 years of relevant experience in treasury management and treasury products.
  • Proven ability to manage commercial banking clients successfully.
  • Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting (or equivalent experience).
  • Technical proficiency gained through formal education and professional experience.
  • French language skills are a strong asset given the cross-border nature of this role.

Salary: $57,500.00 - $106,500.00

Pay Type: Salaried

The salary mentioned is a target range that may vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications. A commission structure may also be included.
