BlueCrown’s sales organization generates the revenue necessary to drive the ongoing development of our investment platform and services. In turn, this enhances the financial well-being of millions of people around the world. Our sales team is, in many ways, the face of BlueCrown to our largest clients.

In this private banking role, you will be fundraising across alternative investments, lead investor relations, and develop new business opportunities by building relationships with some of the world’s largest financial institutions.

This is an initial remote role and will eventually be a hybrid role in the NYC metro area and San Francisco Bay area. Requires up to 40% domestic travel.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with bank partners at all levels, including executive decision-makers.
  • Manage, maintain, and develop strong relationships with private bankers by earning trust and collaborating to build alternative investments portfolios for their clients.
  • Build a pipeline by fundraising substantial capital across private markets in partnership with private bankers by acquiring new assets from both existing clients and new client acquisition.
  • We achieve a significant portion of sales revenue target by partnering closely with bank and advisors’ sales forces to capture their hearts and minds for BlueCrow’s ecosystem through strategies, training, and tools. We use tactical and strategic engagements to grow alternative investments in their territory and leverage programs and incentives to promote our investment funds over competitor products.
  • Strictly adhere to regulatory guidelines and participate in SEC-mandated fund requirements.
  • Develop a prospecting strategy for all customers in the respective region and market, including researching the customer base, using market data effectively, outbound calling campaigns, email campaigns, and in-person territory meetings.
  • Create new business development opportunities such as partnerships, identify and drive revenue-generating initiatives, and expand market presence across banking.
  • Oversee marketing initiatives, including development of marketing materials, execution of new investment strategies, and representing the company in media appearances across key outlets
  • Lead and oversee all investor relations activities, including communication, investor engagement, regulatory compliance, and submission of reports.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Private Banking experience, with a focus on alternative investments.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or CFA preferred.
  • FINRA Series 7 or 66 licenses required.
