UAE National Mechanical Engineer (Emiratization)

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed mechanical design and analysis of various systems and components, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
- Utilize CAD software to create 2D and 3D models, drawings, and schematics for mechanical parts and assemblies.
- Perform engineering calculations, simulations, and finite element analysis (FEA) to validate designs and predict performance under various operating conditions.
- Participate in the full project lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to implementation, testing, and commissioning.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures for mechanical equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, proposing effective and efficient solutions to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical, civil, and operations departments, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all designs and operations adhere to relevant health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in mechanical engineering technologies and best practices to drive innovation.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians as required.
