Role Description

We are seeking a UHP Fluid Components R&D Lead for a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore. The role involves leading research and development efforts for ultra-high-purity gas delivery components like ALD, Check, Ball Valves, Filters, Pressure Transducers & Regulators, conducting testing and analysis, and spearheading product development initiatives. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and ensure the reliability and safety of gas delivery solutions for semiconductor manufacturing. This position plays a key role in driving technological advancements and maintaining high industry standards.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Research and Development (R&D) with experience in Research and Product Development processes.
• Good experience of more than 5-6 years in designing ALD valves, pressure transducers, and regulators.
• Proficiency in Testing methodologies and practices specific to the product lifecycle and performance validation.
• Exceptional Analytical Skills with the ability to assess and solve complex technical challenges.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in the semiconductor or ultra-high-purity gas delivery industry is highly advantageous.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within teams and across departments.
