Job Description:

Advises on, develops, and maintains data engineering solutions on the AWS Cloud ecosystem

Designs, builds, and operates batch and real-time data pipelines

Works with AWS services such as EMR, Glue, Glue Catalog, and Kinesis

Creates and manages data layers using Redshift, Aurora, and DynamoDB

Migrates data using AWS Database Migration Service (DMS)

Proficient in AWS data platform components including S3, Redshift, Redshift Spectrum, AWS Glue (Spark & Python), Lambda (Python), Glue Catalog, and Glue Databrew

Develops batch and real-time pipelines for Data Warehouses and Data Lakes

Utilizes AWS Kinesis and Managed Streaming for Apache Kafka (MSK) for streaming data solutions

Uses open-source tools such as Apache Airflow and dbt

Works with Spark (Python/Scala) on AWS Platform

Schedules, monitors, and manages data workflows and services on AWS

Ensures seamless integration, scalability, and reliability of data engineering solutions
