Venture Capital Analyst / Associate

The Venture Capital Analyst / Associate plays a key role in supporting investment decisions and portfolio development within an early-stage and growth-focused investment environment. This position is responsible for identifying promising investment opportunities, conducting in-depth market and company analyses, and supporting the evaluation of potential deals across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities include sourcing and screening startups, analyzing business models, evaluating market size and competitive positioning, and building financial and operational models to assess investment potential. The role also involves supporting due diligence processes, preparing investment memos, and contributing to discussions with founders and internal investment teams.

In addition, the role supports portfolio monitoring by tracking company performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and assisting in value creation initiatives.
