As Vice President of Analytics & Automation at Landmark Properties, you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of data analytics, reporting infrastructure, and process automation across the Investment Management platform. This role will serve as a key partner to Asset Management, Capital Markets, Development, and Operations teams to enhance decision-making, improve efficiency, and scale Landmark's data-driven capabilities across its portfolio.
You will play a critical role in transforming how data is leveraged across the organization by building tools, processes, and frameworks that support portfolio performance, capital allocation, and strategic planning.

- Lead the design and execution of Landmark's analytics strategy across the Investment Management platform
- Build and scale centralized data infrastructure, reporting tools, and dashboards to support portfolio performance and investment decision-making
- Establish best practices for data governance, quality, and consistency across systems and business lines
- Partner with leadership to define and track key performance indicators across investment, asset management, and development functions
- Identify and implement opportunities to automate manual workflows across underwriting, reporting, and portfolio management processes
- Design scalable solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and speed of execution across the organization
- Drive adoption of new tools and technologies that enhance data accessibility and workflow integration
- Continuously evaluate and refine processes to support a growing and increasingly complex investment platform
- Partner with Asset Management and Investment teams to deliver advanced analytics on portfolio performance, market trends, and asset-level returns
- Support capital allocation, underwriting, and asset strategy decisions through modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership and investment committees
- Collaborate closely with Development, Operations, Finance, and Capital Markets teams to align analytics initiatives with broader business objectives
- Serve as a bridge between business leadership and technical resources, ensuring solutions are both practical and scalable
- Partner with internal and external technology teams to align systems, tools, and data infrastructure
- Initially operate as a hands-on leader driving analytics and automation initiatives across the platform
- Build and scale a high-performing analytics and automation team over time, as the function grows
- Establish clear processes, priorities, and performance expectations to support team development and execution
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field required
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or similar) preferred
- 8-12+ years of experience in real estate investment, analytics, data strategy, or a related field
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Strong understanding of real estate investment concepts, including asset management, underwriting, and portfolio analysis
- Experience leading or supporting enterprise data, analytics, or automation initiatives within an investment or operating platform
- Demonstrated ability to build scalable tools, frameworks, or systems that improve decision-making and operational efficiency
- Advanced analytical and modeling capabilities (Excel required; experience with BI tools or programming languages such as SQL, Python, or similar preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and communicate effectively with senior leadership
- Experience working with large datasets, multiple systems, or integrated platforms preferred
