Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to the CFO and wider leadership team, providing financial insight, commercial analysis, and decision support
- Build and lead the FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning (LRP)
- Develop KPI frameworks and reporting across a hybrid revenue model (payments + SaaS)
- Own unit economics, pricing, and monetisation analysis across multiple product lines
- Lead board and investor reporting, delivering clear performance insights in a PE environment
- Support strategic initiatives, including growth investments, scenario modelling, and potential M&A
- Implement scalable systems, processes, and reporting infrastructure to support rapid growth
- Build and develop a high‑performing finance team while remaining hands‑on
Ideal Candidate
- Proven finance leader (VP Finance / Head of FP&A / Finance Director) within fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS
- Strong track record in building and scaling FP&A functions in high‑growth environments
- Deep understanding of revenue modelling, unit economics, and commercial finance
- Experience operating in a private equity‑backed or high‑growth environment, with board exposure
- Highly commercial, with the ability to partner across product, sales, and leadership teams
- Hands‑on, with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically
