What You’ll Do
- Own and drive company-wide safety and risk strategy
- Build and lead a best-in-class safety culture
- Partner directly with operations to influence project execution
- Oversee incident prevention, investigations, and claims management
- Lead safety metrics, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Develop and mentor a high-performing safety team

- 15+ years of safety leadership experience in construction
- Proven success leading multi-site or national safety programs
