We are looking for a proactive problem-solver with a solid background in construction engineering or architecture, eager to embrace the latest industry software. If you excel at managing complex workloads and envision how digital customization can enhance project delivery, we want to support your career growth at Ryan Companies.

- Organize and lead meetings for coordinating construction and design disciplines, including collaboration with subcontractors and vendors regarding the construction model.
- Create and update 4D schedules to align the construction model with project timelines, while tracking progress and managing critical milestones.
- Perform quantity take-offs from the model for estimating costs, material orders, and effective work planning.
- Utilize the construction model for staging and logistical planning on-site.
- Review shop drawings against the construction model for accuracy and collaborate with other disciplines for processing.
- Monitor RFIs and use the construction model to assist in formulating responses.
- Support the project punch list process and incorporate items into the construction model.
- Identify areas with restricted access using the construction model to facilitate maintenance of building systems.
- Update the construction model upon project completion to serve as a record model, potentially starting a facility model to integrate with management systems.
- Contribute to the library of common virtual construction elements for future projects.
- Collaborate with the Director of Virtual Design and Construction to establish best practices, support continuous improvement initiatives, and assist in creating instructional materials.
- Spend a significant amount of time on project job sites with potential travel for out-of-state assignments.
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by the Hub VP of Operations, Division Manager, or Director of Virtual Design and Construction.
