We are partnering with a leading organisation within the FSI space to hire a Data Science VP to lead and scale their data science and machine learning teams across multiple markets within the region.
Key highlights:
- Senior leadership role with full ownership of regional Data Science & ML teams (strong people management focus)
- Define and drive the data science strategy and roadmap aligned to business objectives
- Provide deep expertise in credit risk modelling
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders to embed data-driven decision making into business strategy

Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience managing data science teams
- Strong background in advanced analytics / machine learning
- Deep hands-on expertise in credit risk modelling
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience working in regional / multi-market environments preferred
