What we’re looking for:
- Experience leading senior/principal engineers in high‑autonomy environments
- Strong technical depth in large‑scale systems and architecture
- Background in AI/ML‑driven products (scientific or complex domains preferred)
- Proven ability to operate both strategically and hands‑on
- Experience working with researchers or domain experts is a plus
- Comfortable in fast‑moving, ambiguous, high‑impact environments
