VP of Engineering / Hybrid in Scottsdale, AZ

A SaaS company that builds best-in-class solutions to help businesses power customer and revenue growth is looking for a VP of Engineering. You'll be responsible for the people, delivery, and operational health of their engineering teams, and report directly to the CTO. You'll lead the engineering organization from product delivery to shared services teams, and partner with the AI engineering SVP. They offer disparate products to various customer profiles and work in the B2B2C space. Candidates MUST have experience in these arenas.

This role is 3-4 days remote hybrid in Scottsdale, AZ.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering
• 5+ years of experience in senior leadership roles
• Experience working in the B2B/B2C/B2B2C space
• Experience working with disparate products and across shared services/product layers
• Experience leading distributed engineering teams, on-shore, off-shore, remote, hybrid, etc.
• Experience leading engineering teams through significant growth or transformations, such as platform consolidation and acquisitions
