About the Role

We are seeking an experienced VP of Quantitative Optimization Technology to join our Quantitative Research & Investments Technology (QRIT) team. In this strategic role, you will collaborate with quant research and investment teams to design, enhance, and manage an advanced portfolio optimization and back-testing ecosystem.

Your responsibilities will include leading a talented team of software engineers and quantitative developers, while maintaining a hands-on approach to development. You will report directly to the Head of QRIT and will play a crucial role in shaping our team and technology landscape.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in a computational field (Master's preferred)
• A minimum of 10 years in financial services, focusing on asset management
• Proven experience in team leadership and client engagement
• Technical proficiency in Python, micro-services, RESTful APIs, AWS cloud environments, CI/CD, and DevOps
• Strong understanding of system architecture and software engineering fundamentals
• Expertise in data structures and portfolio optimization tools
