Job Responsibility
- Identify and escalate operational loss events through data analysis, and implement operational risk framework and policy, with monitoring the operational risk events from the bank
- Support initiatives in Business Continuity Planning, Disaster Recovery, and Crisis Management.
- Assist in preparing key risk indicator reports for management using diverse company data sources.
- Contribute to the annual risk and control self-assessment program, collaborating with business units to identify risks and implement controls.
- Lead the implementation of the department's Business Continuity Planning (BCP) program and business continuity tests, ensuring plans are executed on schedule and updated as needed.
- Support the enhancement of the organization’s operational resilience capabilities and drive initiatives to mitigate operational risk.
- Collaborate efficiently with frontline and back-office teams to improve risk management and the product control measures comprehensively.
Requirements
- University or master’s degree graduate is preferred
- At least 8 years' experience working in an Operational Risk Management/Compliance in banking/ Investment Banking/Securities brokerage industry
- Sound knowledge of Commodity/Interest Rate/Swap/Private Equity business with product approval exposure is preferred
- Excellent written and spoken English and competent in written Chinese
