We’re Hiring: Data Scientist – Demand Forecasting (Retail/CPG)

I’m currently working with a well-funded company in the retail/CPG space that’s building production-grade forecasting systems to drive real-world inventory and supply chain decisions.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and deploy end-to-end demand forecasting models

• Work with large-scale, real-world retail/supply chain data

• Drive inventory planning, pricing, and operational decisions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data, Engineering, Product)

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in time-series / demand forecasting

• Background in retail, CPG, or supply chain (preferred)

• Proficiency in Python, SQL (PySpark is a plus)

• Experience building production ML systems

Role Details:

• Contract-to-hire (conversion in ~6 months)

• High-impact, ownership-driven environment
